Return Process

  Log into your Iznik Global account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack the Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, luxury boxes, and protective materials are intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 48 hours of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the garment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
